[ bless these quiet idiots. kara, at least, isn't trying to hide the fried rice, all he really cares to bother with at the moment. it's just about done, thankfully, so he'll set it aside to grab a couple of bowls while giyuu starts his tea. ]

[ honestly, that's all that he needs to do for giyuu, and he'll take that other bowl that was being filled with the fried rice. it's a food that he's familiar with and has expectations of how it should taste and well.

and it does not let him down. there's a pleased expression on his face as he eats—something definitely not as icy or apathetic. ]
